Want to be more flexible?  Move better? Perform better? Just feel better? Have you been “kinda stretching sometimes, sorta”, in an attempt to get there? Many folks recognize that they have range of motion deficits but are not sure how to go about getting positive results in reducing them.

Then our new Active Recovery class is the place for you! it is essentially an hour of mobility and soft tissue maintenance, with the goal of building your active recovery toolbox, so you are able to preform basic maintenance on yourself be it at the gym or at home. This class will be one hour long, just like our GPP classes. For now it will take place Thursday nights at 530pm. Hope to see you there!

If you have any questions regarding this class please don’t hesitate to ask.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10 Minutes:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats

Sub for Pull-Ups is Banded Pull-Ups or Ring Rows. Be legit about all your reps. There can be a tendency to short change range-of-motion in order to move faster in low-skill gymnastics movements like those seen here… don’t be that person.
