So you may have noticed last week and this weeks lifts are a little scrambled around. We will get back to the regular cycle here next Monday. Which will put us on week 4 of this cycle if anyone lost track. Sorry for the jumping around. Last time I’m leaving town for awhile, I promise. Hopefully I see all of you tomorrow!!

Today we are going to focus on keeping our wrists and forearms vertical, in this movement.

   Deadlift

Build to one heavy set of of 5.

 

Conditioning: 5 Rounds For Time:
12 Box Jump-Overs
10 Burpees
This should be over pretty fast. Keep your pace up and use a lower box if you need to so you can keep moving.
