First of all I want to say well done to all you folks, was super stoked on how everyone put there head down and worked hard this week, was awesome to see! A question I asked to the boys this evening was if they thought there was anything missing from our programming. So now I will put it out to all of you. Our program is designed to try to build an broad and inclusive fitness. What I want to ask you is, if there are movements and toys you wished we had/played more with in here? Post your thoughts to comments, its always appreciated. Who knows, if its appropriate you may see it come up in the programming 😉
