Just to let all you folks know, this was very last minute, a few people expressed interest in doing a powerlifting total. Which is where you have 3 attempts to establish a 1 RM in the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Your score is the total of the three. This will be happening tomorrow at noon your welcome to come and participate or just check it out.
