Every other minute on the minute for 5 rounds each:

1) Max Burpees

2) Max Double-Unders

At the call of go, perform as many Burpees as possible in 1 minute, followed by 1 minute of rest. At the 2 minute mark, perform as many Double-Unders as possible in 1 minute, followed by another minute of rest. Repeat for 5 rounds each.
