I am excited to start a new membership structure at the gym. Just want to give you folks some notice that TSF will be going through a membership fee change starting June 1st, 2017! Breakdown of available memberships is posted at the gym and will be up on the website soon.

Conditioning:

Every minute on the minute x 15 (5ea):
1) 5 Box Jumps
2) 10 DB Push Press
3) 15 Ball Slams

The Box Jumps should be higher than your usual jumps. The Push Press should be on the heavy side for a set of 10. Aim to finish each minute’s work at consistent times.
