Finally back at it! Hope everyone had an amazing Christmas, and have been enjoying the time with friends and family. Now its time to get back to work :). This weeks lift will be a little wonky as we are just going to try to build back to where we were after the week off. We will continue with the 4th week of our current cycle next week( Jan.4th-9th).
