AMRAP 20 Minutes:
100 Alternating Leg Dumbbell Overhead Reverse Lunges
80 Kettlebell Swings
60 Toes-to-Bars
80 Sit Ups
100 Push-Ups
Scale the Toes-to-Bars to Hanging Leg Raises as needed. The Lunges are Single-Arm Overhead and should be split evenly between the left and right arm. Scale load to be able to complete sets of 10 reps unbroken, or to the front rack as needed.
