There are days for all of us where we don’t feel like going to the gym. Maybe the body is sore, or you don’t think you have enough time, long day of work, etc…. I could honestly list a 100 reasons to not workout. Try your best to get your butt in here, most of the time, come the end of that hour you’ll be happy you did.

We never have any issues modifying workouts depending on what going on with your bodies. Maybe today you just want to come in a mobilize for an hour, that’s cool too! Perhaps you don’t feel like workout out at all, don’t let that stop you from coming by. You don’t have to workout to kick it 🙂
