Why Strength?

You may wonder why we have a focus on gaining strength. Strength is vital for all of us, in order to move we have to have it. In order to move we have to have strength. Its something we are always chasing because being stronger allows us to do more things. Something else that cool about it is that it’s a general adaptation meaning everyone can gain it. Every one can benefit from strength work doesn’t matter if your young or old it’s always beneficial.

If we can increase your ability to produce force, making¬† your strength goes up over time (essentially the ability to move more weight over time), we end up with easier movement. Who doesn’t want to move easier/better?

Strength: Snatch DL+Hang Power Snatch+Overhead Squat

Spend 15 minutes building up to a heavy load for the complex.
