Lots of skill work today, so we won’t have a conditioning piece.

 

Barbell skill work: This will be split working the jerk progressions first then the clean.

Jerk Balance x5

BTN Split Jerk x5

Split Jerk x3

Then

Front Squat x5

rack delievery x3

Mid hang power clean x3

We will then be putting weight on the bar and working through a 3 position Clean & Jerk

And finally we will finish by building up to a medium weight in the following complex:

 

Clean Deadlift + Mid hang clean + Jerk
