Robbie and Allan reminded me of this today.

It’s no secret that there’s incredible power in having a training partner. For sheer results, I’d place a quality training partner over a quality training program. With a training partner we show up, we’re accountable, and we put out even when we don’t want to.

If you don’t have a formal training partner, get one. Pick a buddy in class and make it official. Swap cell phone numbers and get relentless. Call each other out, talk trash, heckle when you PR and they don’t show up, and visa versa.
