Here’s a little body weight workout for you folks, get a friend to do it with you! All you will need is a little bit of floor space and a stop watch.

Skill: Spend 10 minutes practicing pistols/handstands or spend 5 minutes in the bottom of a squat with a neutral spine.

Conditioning: For Time:

20  Mountain Climbers

15 Squats

10 Burpees

5 Push Ups

4 Rounds
