Conditioning: For Time:

20 Thrusters
20 Power Cleans
20 Push Presses
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
*5 Burpees every minute starting at 1 minute.

The recommended weights for this workout out are 95lbs for men and 65lbs for women. This should be a light/medium weight. Scale as needed, and scale the number of burpees if needed so that you have plenty of time in each minute to perform barbell reps.
