So as a few of you have heard there is a few classes missing in this coming week. Training will be as regularly scheduled for Monday(12th) & Wednesday(14th). Yet for Friday(16th) and Saturday(17th) there will be no classes. I will be in Seattle at Mark Rippetoes’ Starting Strength Seminar. Hopfully I will be able to offer an evening class on Monday the 19th, I will keep you posted about that one.

Conditioning: In Teams of two complete the following:

One partner rows at a time.While the other  partner B holds a heavy KB overhead. The kettlebell must stay above the top of the head and cannot switch hands once it is up. If it switches hands or drops below head level partner must switch.
