First of all I want to congratulate everyone on the progress made through the last cycle. I always love seeing how far each of you has come. It is also always fun to switch gears and work on different things.

With that in mind I bring you our next training cycle. The word variance comes to mind when trying to describe this cycle with a single word. Each strength movement is going to be paired with another that you will see alternate from week to week. A lot of people really enjoyed how Fridays were different each week, so I thought I would play along the same lines while still maintain some structure.

 

Monday – Power Clean/Power Snatch + Conditioning
Wednesday РBench Press/Press + Conditioning
Friday – Squats/Deadlifts + Conditioning
Saturday РVaried strength/skill (upper body bias) + Conditioning
