I still consider myself a young coach with a lot left to learn, a disposition I hope to maintain for years to come.I try my best to ,at least twice a year,get off this awesome peninsula and go out into the world and continue expanding my knowledge of movement.

Some of you may already know but I am headed to Dallas this week. I’m going to a course put on by Ido Portal, so far it looks like the only one being taught in North America this year, so I figured I may as well go. With this in mind, the gym will unfortunately be closed Friday, March 4th, Saturday, March 5th and Monday, March 7th. I repeat the gym will not be open those dates, regular training will resume Wednesday, March 9th.

 

Strength: Power Clean + Power Jerk

Spend 15 Minutes building to a load of the complex. The weight should be heavier than your weight for the workout.
