Strength: Power Clean:
Work up to a Power Clean a bit heavier than the work weight you intend to use in the conditioning.


Conditioning : In teams of 3, with 1 partner working at a time, complete 7 rounds each (21 total) of:
3 Power Cleans
6 Box Jumps
9 Push-Ups

Partners alternate full rounds. The Power Clean weight should be on the heavy side of medium. Cycle the reps if you can. The Box Jump is meant to be higher than you’re used to. Practice fast transitions between teammates.
