Continue with your progression on this lift jumping up 2.5-5lbs for your working sets. If last weeks sets were successful and went well. This is exposure 3 of the overhead press.

The same bar will be used for the both movements. It should feel on the light side for the push presses. The idea will be to be able to go in 1-2 quick sets for each round. The pull up or ring row volume will be scaled to each individual.
