1 Press +2 Push Press +3 Jerk

Find a heavy load for the complex, all styles of jerk acceptable (Push, Split or Squat).

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10 Minutes:

20 Kettlebell Swings
20  Sit-Ups

Use the kettlebell as an anchor for your feet, if you’d like. If you’re feeling beet up from ” Murph,” then go easy on this and simply move for 10 minutes.
