What keeps you coming back?

For me it’s you guys. Watching all of you show up day after day, and work your hardest to push yourselves past your previous limitations is pretty kick ass. It gets me up each morning to come in here and help you guys get closer to what ever it is your chasing. So I ask you this, what keeps you coming back for more?
