Whether your goal is to deadlift double bodyweight, transformer your body or just generally be prepared for any physical task life could throw at you, the path to get there is simple and repetitive.

It’s incremental progress and doing the work.

Every damn day.

So . . .

How can you keep yourself showing up?

  1. Commit to showing up every day. Every damn day. And if you miss a day, come back tomorrow. That’s what makes the magic.
  2.  Figure out what YOU need to make this happen. Look at your daily routine and schedule. Look at what you can reasonably expect to come up as an obstacle. Almost nothing is truly a surprise. Then come up with a plan to get around those obstacles.
  3. Have a growth mindset. You’ll get out of this what you put into it. Consistent, intentional effort pays off.
