Kinda been cool that we have been working so hard on these Olympic Lifts lately. Times out well with the Olympics starting this Friday. Bob was kind enough to forward the Weightlifting schedule, I recommend taking a peek if you have time. Always cool to see how the  best in the world go about doing something that we do ourselves.

Snatch:

Spend 15 minutes finding a heavy single or a new 1RM.

Conditioning:

10 Minute AMRAP of:

30 Double Unders

15 Power Snatch

The intention here is for this to be fast paced back and forth workout. Scale the double unders to 10 attempts + makes or 90 singles. The power snatch weight should be light enough to cycle high reps of (7-10). Finishing each round of them within two-three sets.
