A quick scheduling note for this week. We are trialling a 530pm class on Tuesdays. This will be running all month. Also there will be no 530pm class this Friday (Feb.8th). We will be replacing it with one on Thursday (Feb.7th) this week. So this week there will be a 530 class offered Monday – Thursday.

Find a challenging load for the complex. If you have a hard time organizing the pull off the floor, perform snatch from the mid-hang.
