The volume has drop once again from our last exposure, with that said we are trying to add some weight to the bar from the last exposure. These squats should be getting heavy.

AMRAP 12 Minutes:
30 Double-Unders
6 Power Cleans
3 Pull Ups

Scale the jump rope to singles as needed. The Power Cleans should be medium-heavy and done touch-and-go on the fast end.
