A quick note…

There will be a quick modification to classes coming up. December 7th there will be no 11am class. Monday, December 10th there will be no 7am, 845am or 11am class. They will be run on Tuesday at the same times. This is due to us being out of town doing a gymnastics course so we can continue to teach you guys awesome things. Thanks for being flexible with us!
