The few minutes of movement prep built into the beginning of group classe is proving insufficient in terms of instructing and enabling you guys to really understand your restrictions and learn how to work on them. The goal of implementing specific AR sessions is to help you folks establish a routine of DIY work outside of class so you can move and perform better in class.

This is my idea of Active Recovery class. It will be a bit of a work in progress, but we have to get started somewhere. So tomorrow(Thursday, Feb.16th)at 530PM we will have our first active recovery class. This will start as a weekly event and see where it goes from there. Hope some of you can make it!
