Hi Folks! A lot less volume today after a big week of training. If this is your first time doing a “10 minute squat” there is a good chance you won’t be able to stay down the whole time. Just do what you can, come up when you need to, give your legs a shake, and when ready get back down there. Our conditioning will involve a prescribed amount of work at the top of each minute. Spend the rest of the minute resting. Enjoy!
